I'm a Mexican American creator, mental health advocate, and community builder raised in the Rio Grande Valley. My mission is simple: make mental health a conversation, not a confession.
My background is a bachelor's in Mass Communication focused on sports broadcasting, with a minor in digital marketing. It shows up in my signature mic-in-hand videos, the format I use when a message needs to be credible, purposeful, and informative, like civic and event content.
I'm also finishing my master's in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling, and I founded Mind Space Running, a free community run club built around mental health. For me, community is the work, not just the content.
